Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes. Please call our office at 619-947-7240 or email us so we may schedule an appointment.

Do you take items on consignment?

No. We only purchase diamonds, gold, and jewelry.

How do you determine the value of my gold or platinum?

After testing the cartages and weighing the item, we apply the day's New York gold prices.

How do you determine what you pay for my diamond?

We take the time to determine the exact color, clarity, carat weight and proportions. And, we do this by using a state of the art computerized laser machine. We never estimate or guess as to what your diamond’s characteristics are.

Will you do a full appraisal on my item?

We never appraise an item of jewelry that we are going to make an offer on. Appraising an item that you want to purchase can be seen as a conflict of interest. It is also a violation of the ASA ethics code. If you would like an appraisal before or after we make you an offer, we will gladly refer you to another certified appraiser.

Do you lend money to people with low credit score?

Yes

With our collateral loan program, anybody with qualified collateral could get a loan.
